Also with organic farming methods we grow our own vegetables and present them for your taste at our buffet dinners. We cook all our vegetable dishes in olive oil which is one of the charasteristics of the Mediterranean Cuisine. Our special Aphrodite Tea is brewed from healing herbs and is a favorite hot beverage of our guests.               Breakfast: During Summer between the hours of 08:30-10:30 you can take your breakfast at   the Troya Room which has a lovely trellis covered with grape vines in the garden during summer.     Late Breakfast: is served fort the late risers as continental breakfast between the hours of   10:30-11:30.     Our Snack Bar: is at your service from 11:00 am till 19:00 at the Pool and the Beach Cafe     Lunch: is served as ala carte from the Snack Bar.     Dinner: is served between the hours of 20:00 and 22:30 at the Gargaros Terrace   Restaurant with our famous buffet dinner.                                            APHRODITE DISCOTEQUE You can extend the fun into the night and dance away the stress.
