Dear Friends and Guests, to present a new service and a source we wanted to add an Afrodit Cuisine section to our web site.
Mount Ida harbours many indigenous plants and flowers and it is an endless pleasure to walk around the nature especially in the spring months. Many of these vegetables and plants are edible and delicious.
While we grow these organic products in our garden and offer to our guests with our organic based olive oil from our trees on the property, we also wanted to share the dishes to be included in your home cooking |
